Mother's Day Cards

Hello!!!

I dropped in this late evening to show you a few cards I made for Mother's Day... I have been the busiest I've been in a very long time these past few days, I got 28 orders for cards in my hometown!!!!
 Whoop Whoop!!!
It is very exciting and I am sure you will all understand if I am not around as much in the next week, but I promise I will try my ultimate best my peeps!

Here are a few orders I have already completed:

This is a note card set , it holds 10 cards, I did this one as a door prize for a benefit that is being held for one of my best friends. I learned how to make this box on Jennifer  McGuire, Ink using the Envelope Punch Board by  We R Memory Keepers.

On this card I used metal jar dies from my new favorite place to shop, "MY CRAFT SPOT"!! Isn't it the sweetest!!! They also have the stamp set that goes with these diecut's, Kimberly also has other amazing sets and stamps, I plan to get them all!!

Here is a close up, the stamps are also from "My Craft Spot", I love the little tag with the I heart you on it, it is adorable!

These are the 3 cards  I created for an order,  I tried to fit them all in the picture but I realize that it is hard to see all the detail on the middle on, there are lots of flowers, gems, butterflies and a hat pen.

Have an awesome night and a great day tomorrow, I will be by and visit at least 10 of you tomorrow, 10 the next day ,  etc... etc...etc...I have to have a system now, well isn't that something?, gotta find me some Mojo juice!! lol

Challenge reminder and a present for all of you!

Howdy Doody Everyone.  I hope that this Wednesday finds you all happy and well.

We are entering week two of our very first challenge over here at Creative Bug on the Loose.  We are so very excited that 10 people have signed up so far and we already have three entries!  There is still lots of time to join in and we really hope that you will have a chance to.  You can find all the details you need in order to enter by clicking HERE and heading over to the original challenge post.

However, I am not only here to remind you of the challenge today.   I am also here to share a present with all of you.  Naomi has created a coloured image that she wants to share with all of our wonderful readers.  Check it out...

Just in time for St. Patrick's day, Lepree Leprechaun is sure to bring lots of luck to any card he may sit upon.

Click HERE to get "Lepree Leprechaun" now available in the freebie section of the store.

The incredible lady behind all the images you see over here, created this card to showcase her latest freebie...

Boy, I think each and every one of us could use a pot of gold like that, don't you?!  Naomi created a fabulous card too.  Great diecut and cool sentiment compliment her adorable little leprechaun.  He must be pretty strong to be holding on to all that gold.  Hmmm....I wonder if he'd be willing to share....

Make sure you go and grab this cute little freebie while you can.  You never know when it will be replaced by another one.

Stay tuned, as next week we showcase some more cards featuring Naomi's latest releases for our Challenge Midway Post.

Until then, stay crafty and stay safe!

2 Creative Chicks Challenge #12 "Make A Apron" Week 2 "T-Shirt Apron"

Hello!!!

I am so happy to drop in this evening and show you something different from what you are used to seeing from me. My friends Nana and Migdala over at 2 Creative Chicks is changing it up this month by having "Make an Apron" Challenge (no cards).

Creativity comes in so many ways and as it was for Nana my very first love was sewing so here is my project!!!! It was  made for a little girl in Ontario and she absolutely loved it which of course made me ecstatic and relieved seeing this was the first Apron, Chef's hat and Oven Mitts I had ever made.

This is a must see!

Check out the video on Nana's blog over at My Crafting Channel to see how you can make an apron form a T-Shirt!!!! Seriously it is fast and such an awesome idea, great for messy BBQ'ers when you can make one in 5 min's!!!

I hope you join us!!!

Have a great evening and check back tomorrow for a surprise!
