Homemade box / Have A Hoppin Easter!!!

(Click HERE for this week's free digital)

Hello!

Thank you for visiting today!

Do you remember this card from last week? I made a matching box for it out of the same template I created which can be found HERE.

I used the same matching papers from  Paper Made Bakery kit, flowers, small sections of left over Rosettes that I inked with antique pink distressing ink , pink lace, small Spellbinders scalloped rectangle and acetate paper for the window.

The image is bright which makes it hard to see the pinks , you may want to enlarge it to see more detail!

Sorry my post are so short lately, I seem to be going up and down in my health throughout one day even, it is very unpredictable at the moment and I am doing what I can when I can. I will sit comfortably and visit you all today and leave lots of bloggy love!!!

Have a great day!!!

Free Easter Digital (Boy with Bunny)

Hello and thank you for visiting today!

First I want to thank those of you who are supporting my online store, I have worked very hard at it for 3 months and it was quite a learning curve for me. I am not doing as well as I thought I might and right now I am researching ways to get more traffic.. it is only young and I realize that a lot of card makers do not use digital stamps...and lets not forget the competition I am up against... if you have any suggestions I will gladly take them!! Thank you!

I have been feeling under the weather these past few days so all positve thoughts and prayers are certainly welcomed.  ( I promise this post is not all gloomy, lol)  I am having a bad flare up with the condition I have and I have body parts that are presently numb so I am somewhat limited but on a positive note, I have my cards done for this week!!! I am so happy I am ahead, sure helps in times like these!!

With Easter being just around the corner I thought I would give you my  "boy with bunny" digital stamp! My card is not an Easter card but this digital stamp certainly could be seeing he is holding a bunny!

To give you an idea of another way you could use this image,
here is an example from Lisa from over at
Decosses Dynamite Doodles

Easter Card & Box + Exciting News!!!!!!

 Happy Happy Monday!!!!!
(Can't say I have ever been so excited on a Monday before)

First I have to share my exciting news, I made the San Design Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(You must have all did what I requested by crossing all your fingers and toes, thank you!)
I can't wait for March!

Today I am also excited to show you an Easter Card I made and a matching box, I was so pleased with the way this turned out.

The adorable bear is from one of the many collections from
Scraptastical Kreations.

http://www.scraptasticalkreations.com/catalog.htm

 ...and here is my Project!

I fussy cut the bear, (isn't his rabbit ears the cutest?) This image was already colored which was a great time saving choice for me considering I was also making the box to go along with it.
I used Paper Made Bakery kit papers and my new flowers I received in the mail Friday from Wild Orchid Craft. I have loads and loads of them and soooooo many different colors!

I made my own template for this box as the size was 7" by 5 1/2"..
To make the window I used spellbinders scallop rectangle , I measured with a ruler where the opening should be so that the bear would be in the spotlight then place acetate paper on the wrong side and glued in place.

The box is 1/4 " deep

Is anyone having issues with Blogger? It took me 5 turns all day to upload these pictures and Blogger keeps falling behind on saving the post. I had planned on giving directions and listing products but I thought I will wait until Blogger behaves.

Have a great day!!
